Internationally experienced professional chef with experience cooking a wide variety of cuisines from around the world.
I’ve been working in kitchens for 15 years, including Michelin star restaurants in London, hatted restaurants in Australia, local gems in Italy and Ive just got back from a couple of years cooking in New Zealand. I’ve always loved eating lots of different styles of food and that has continued throughout my career. I’m happy to tailor menus to your liking, including exploring different cuisines and menu styles.
