I’m the founder, director, and culinary driving force behind Casual Dining by John. With over 15 years of industry experience managing kitchens and designing menus, I launched the business from scratch in January 2020 right as the lockdown challenges hit the hospitality sector.
Before founding my own venture, I worked in some of the finest hotels and luxury multi-site casual dining groups. O holds formal qualifications from the Institute of Technology, Tralee, Kerry, Ireland and also function as an independent food consultant streamlining kitchen workflows and developing menu innovations
