Im a professional chef with 3 years experience in the private sector. I have always had a passion for cooking and working with fresh produce, this comes from my love of travel. Having worked all over Europe and bringing a little piece of each place to every meal.

I have worked alongside some amazing chefs and have trained at incredible locations including 3 Michelin Star restaurant The Fat Duck.
