Chef Peter Moss

I’m a professional private chef with over 20 years’ experience in the food industry. I’m largely self-taught and have spent my career developing my own style of cooking, working my way through professional kitchens and into Head Chef roles before moving into private dining.

My food is all about generous, restaurant-quality dining — beautifully presented and refined, but with proper, satisfying portions. I love taking familiar flavours and dishes and elevating them into something special without making food unnecessarily complicated.

As a private chef, I particularly enjoy creating bespoke experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, dinner parties, family celebrations, hen and stag weekends and special occasions. I cook a wide range of cuisines including British, French, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Mexican and Pan-Asian, and I’m very comfortable adapting menus around allergies and dietary requirements.

For me, the experience is just as important as the food. I want my guests to be able to relax, enjoy their company and feel genuinely looked after from the moment I arrive until the kitchen is left clean at the end of the evening.
