I take inspirations from my travels and experiences. I would like you to relax and enjoy your evening while I entertain you with my dishes.

I started out in the family pub business and found my passion for working with food. I was lucky to study Culinary Arts in Switzerland and really opened my eyes to the world. I have worked in fine dining and michilin starred establishments in Switzerland, France, the Netherlands and in England. I have the professionalism and have gained the experience and knowledge to give a delightful meal to my guests.
