Private chef and founder of LeBrun Foods based in Mykonos, with experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, and private chef services across Europe and the Middle East. I worked at Annabel’s in London, managed professional kitchens, and worked with athletes and high-profile clients. I have also provided consulting for high-end restaurants that became highly successful through strong operational structure, menu development, and elevated dining standards.
My approach combines refined cuisine with performance nutrition, wellness, and personalized dining tailored to each client’s lifestyle and goals.
