While I have explored diverse culinary traditions, my true passion lies in Mediterranean cuisine, where simplicity, freshness, and high-quality ingredients take center stage.
For the past four years, I have been working as a private chef, creating bespoke dining experiences in luxury villas both in Greece and internationally.
