I am a young ambitious person that loves to create tastes and flavors for people who appreciate and expole food.
I am a young, ambitious and creative professional chef with 7 years experience in the culinary world. Μy career starts at April 2014 in OINOTHERAPEFTHRION TAVERNA where I gained deep knowledge on the greek comfort food, greek mezedes and chacoal BBQ, already at my high-school ages.
Working there for 2 years where graduated from the 3rd Techical High Shcool in Peristeri specialied in Business Administration in the Turism Industry and started my studies in the Cooking school of Institute of Professional Training in Aigaleo.
In May 2016 I started working in Mykonos as a Villa's private chef in collaboration with other chefs for the sumer season
My job experience was enriched by working in LORDOS 24h, a bistro/ burger bar where we made everything from scratch.
In January 2017, I represented my Cooking school, winning the pan-Hellenic gold medal in EXPOTROF cooking competition and left for ERASMUS+ in Perpignian, France where I had my first touch with French gastronomy.
In May 2017 i went back in Mykonos at Bowl Restaurant as a head chef for three seasons in a row.that restaurant was vegan friendly servng healthy food, super food , smoothies and juices. When the fist season ended in November 2017 i decided to do my fist atemt to work in London. I did a two month stage at La Pettite Maison an French fine dining restaurant in Mayfair London.
After two great seasons in Bowl Mykonos i went back in Athens in November 2018 and start working part time at ANOIXI PARA TETARTO a greek fish eatery restaurant. and get prepared for the third season so in March 2019 going back to Bowl I had terble back pains nad was the reason to stop from there and going back for a big surgery In July 2019.
After recovering from my surgery I made may second three months stage in FUGA Japanise and Peruviang fine dining restaurant in center of athens with Chef Patron Dimitris Katrivesis.
