Hello, my name is George and I am a private chef based in Paros-AntiParos, Greece. I have more than 13 years of experience in professional kitchens, specializing in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with a modern fine dining approach.

I spent the last 10 years working in Paros in some of the island’s most respected restaurants, including three years as Sous Chef at the renowned Barbarossa in Naoussa.

For the past four years, I have focused exclusively on private dining experiences, creating personalized menus for my guests using fresh local ingredients and authentic Greek flavors.

My goal is to offer a unique culinary experience that combines traditional Mediterranean tastes with elegant presentation and professional service.
