Kefalonian born professional chef with duty at high end restaurants
I’m a professional chef with 12 years of experience. I’ve work in some of the best restaurants in the world (Fat Duck, Waterside inn both 3 Michelin Stars ) and I’ve also collaborate closely in projects with great chefs like Adam Handling (the frog, ugly butterfly , loch and thyme) , Tom Kerridge (The hand and flowers, the coach). Right now I came back to cook on my island with ingredients I’m picking my self from my own garden, from the sea when I’m fishing, and from local small producers only !! so having the best ingredients to cook is a bless for me and I’m sure for you too????
