I’m so passionate with cooking following my motto - nothing less than perfect.
I was born in Athens in 1965. My parents were from Kythira, Crete, Asia Minor and Andros. My parent΄s advice life was not only to work in order to make ends meet but always to be creative through my work
I remember my father working in American club Kifisia as an electrician and there was my first “encounter” with a professional kitchen. I was so enchanted that then and there I decided to become a professional chef.
At the beginning of 1980s, music became my expression so I formed a rock band and we played live at the first Βurger Ηouses that opened in Greece. My musical career ended up when the band broke up. However, I discovered many common elements between music and cooking. Since I decided to become a chef.

Chef Nick was an absolutely wonderful chef - everything he made was incredible, and he was an engaging and very kind person. He arrived with a helper, Natasia, who set the table and made sure we could relax and have everything that we needed during the meal. We truly enjoyed every dish that he made for us - the spicy shrimp and the lobster pasta were two standout dishes in a meal where we savored every bite. He left us with plenty of leftover food to enjoy the next day and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. He made sure that we discussed pace of the meal ahead of time so that we could relax and enjoy the food and company. I would highly recommend Nick for any private chef engagement!

Chef Nick in Mykonos was absolutely excellent. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with, and his cooking was excellent. He was also able to quickly adjust things on the fly after our stove stopped working unexpectedly. I would absolutely hire Nick again, and I hope we cross paths again soon. I can't say enough good things about him!

I had booked Chef Nick for my friends' hen and he was amazing! His team was in contact with me before during and even after the experience. He came earlier during the day to assess the kitchen in case he needed to bring anything else which was very organised of him! The food was served at the time requested and the portions were very generous that we had enough for breakfast the next day! He was able to accommodate to the varied dietary requirements in the group even being able to cater for gluten free too! Overall I would happily recommend chef Nick to anyone-you would not be disappointed!
