I’m so passionate with cooking following my motto - nothing less than perfect.
I was born in Athens in 1965. My parents were from Kythira, Crete, Asia Minor and Andros. My parent΄s advice life was not only to work in order to make ends meet but always to be creative through my work
I remember my father working in American club Kifisia as an electrician and there was my first “encounter” with a professional kitchen. I was so enchanted that then and there I decided to become a professional chef.
At the beginning of 1980s, music became my expression so I formed a rock band and we played live at the first Βurger Ηouses that opened in Greece. My musical career ended up when the band broke up. However, I discovered many common elements between music and cooking. Since I decided to become a chef.
