I am a cook,ex-restaurant owner in Ann Arbor,Michigan.Cooking is my passion and pairing with the right wine is my mission. Relocating back to Crete,allows me to work with the best quality ingredients.The process of preparing food for my family,friends or guests is exactly the same.Recipes have no soul, I must bring soul to a recipe!
