As a Sicilian chef, I want to share the Italy I know and love — the flavours, traditions and ingredients that make this island so special — while bringing the refinement and creativity I have gained from working internationally.

With 8 years of experience in London’s finest hotels, restaurants, weddings and events, including Michelin-starred kitchens, an ALMA qualification, experience in one of Poland’s top restaurants, and fine-dining experience at one of Sicily’s most prestigious villas, I have learned that great cooking is about more than technique.

It is about emotion, authenticity and creating memories around the table.

From handmade fresh pasta and local seafood to elegant fine dining and relaxed BBQs, my cooking combines Sicilian tradition with a modern touch, always respecting the culture and the ingredients.
