Rome born and raised, I moved my first steps around my home kitchen and I brought those memories with me wherever I had the opportunity to put them in plate around the world.
I've been traveling for the last 10 years and that gave the opportunity to understand how Italian food, in its multitude of variations and excellence, is somehow unique because of its strong connection with tradition and local produce, which makes it impossible to be reproduced elsewhere.
