I'm a chef with over 13 years of experience, with an Italian family background. During those years, I worked between Italy and London, also creating a home-based restaurant with a menu tailored to the customers, allowing them to choose between different choices and seasonality.

I have a degree in hospitality and a certificate in pastry making.

My Hospitality journey started at the ITS Giovanni Falcone of Gallarate, and I've continued my studies at the TEKNA institute in Terni, Italy.

I love following the seasons and give the time to nature to follow its time, i love working with fish, and creating with flour.
