I was a student of fashion design, i found that cooking is my true love when i spent a summer holiday in the scuola di cucina Alma in Italy, then I went to the Culinary Arts Academy in Switzerland. I went to the Eat&Me cocktail restaurant in Lausanne and the Ritz Carlton Tokyo in Japan for internships, I met great people and learned the importance of diversity.
