Ciao! I’m Carmine, originally from the vibrant city of Napoli, and I bring over 20 years of experience in the hospitality world straight to your home. After running my own successful Italian restaurant in the Netherlands for 10 years, I am now sharing my passion for authentic Italian cuisine right here in the heart of Umbria and Tuscany and in The Netherlands as well when i'm in the country.

I specialize in creating unforgettable meals that combine traditional recipes from my hometown Napoli with the rich flavors of central Italy.
