I am an Italian chef with more than 25 years of experience working in hotels and restaurants throughout Italy and the Alpine region.

My cooking is inspired by authentic Italian and Mediterranean traditions, highlighting seasonal ingredients and clean, elegant flavors.

I enjoy preparing meals for families and small groups, creating menus that feel both refined and comfortable. My goal is always to bring genuine Italian hospitality to the table while adapting each experience to the preferences and needs of my guests.
