My cuisine is deeply influenced by Mediterranean roots, enriched with Japanese precision and South Asian aromatic touches — a balance between elegance and comfort that defines my style.
I trained through hands-on professional kitchen experience, where discipline, attention to detail, and respect for premium ingredients became the foundation of my cooking philosophy. Today, as a private chef, I focus on creating bespoke dining experiences that are both visually refined and deeply satisfying.
I particularly love working with high-quality seafood and raw preparations, crafting menus that highlight seasonality, clean flavors, and beautiful presentation. One of the dishes I’m most proud of is my signature refined seafood tasting, where technique and product purity come together to create a memorable experience for my guests.
