Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of environments, from Michelin-starred restaurants to fine dining kitchens, as well as large-scale banqueting and more niche, research-driven concepts. This journey has allowed me to develop a strong technical foundation and a flexible, creative approach to cooking.
