My name is Davide Bernardo, and I am a chef with over 13 years of experience in the hospitality and culinary world. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of environments, from Michelin-starred restaurants to fine dining kitchens, as well as large-scale banqueting and more niche, research-driven concepts. This journey has allowed me to develop a strong technical foundation and a flexible, creative approach to cooking.
My cuisine is inspired by a balance between tradition and innovation, with a focus on high-quality ingredients, seasonality, and attention to detail. I enjoy creating dishes that are both elegant and expressive, aiming to deliver not just food, but a complete and memorable experience.
