From Liguria to the World: My Journey as a Chef
My name is Davide, I’m 41 years old, and I’ve spent over twenty years of my life in the kitchen. Cooking runs in my blood: my father was a chef, and he passed on to me both the skills and the passion for this craft. I started very young in Ligurian restaurants, where I learned the value of tradition and precision, before broadening my horizons with international experiences in Brighton and Barcelona. I have worked in wedding catering and exclusive events, as well as helping to launch several restaurants, experiencing the culinary world from every angle. My cuisine isn’t flashy or overcomplicated — it’s authentic, honest, and based on carefully selected fresh ingredients. I love to have fun, experiment, and surprise, but never lose sight of the essence of a dish and what it is meant to express. In short? I cook everything — with passion, dedication, and always with a smile.
