I have over 15 years of experience working in hospitality across the UK and Italy. I am classically trained, with a strong technical foundation, and throughout my career I have also explored a wide range of culinary traditions, including Middle Eastern, North African, and Syrian cuisine.

In addition to working in established kitchens, I have opened and managed my own kitchen projects and curated events that brought together food, culture, music, and literature, creating spaces where cooking became a shared and meaningful experience.

I have also occasionally taught cooking, sharing techniques, ideas, and cultural perspectives with others. My approach to food is open, curious, and deeply rooted in both tradition and creative exchange, always aiming to create thoughtful and engaging culinary experiences.
