I’m a private chef and pitmaster based in Puglia, specialising in live-fire cooking, Apulian flavours and modern barbecue techniques.

I run Frankie’s BBQ, a catering project focused on high-quality ingredients, open-fire cooking and relaxed yet well-curated dining experiences. My background combines traditional Southern Italian cuisine with American BBQ influences, creating menus that feel authentic, bold and memorable.

I work as a private chef for intimate dinners, villa stays, celebrations and destination events, tailoring each menu to the client’s tastes, dietary needs and the atmosphere they want to create. Whether it’s a rustic Apulian feast, a refined private dinner or a casual BBQ experience, my goal is always the same: great food, cooked with fire, shared in a convivial way.
