I’m Francesco, a chef from Castellammare di Stabia, and I work across Naples, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast.
My philosophy is simple: using just a few ingredients—but high-quality, seasonal ones.
When you book with me, I handle everything: shopping at the market, preparation, and table service. I can adapt to any kitchen setup and accommodate any specific needs.
I speak both Italian and English.
I aim to create a relaxed, unobtrusive atmosphere: you enjoy your guests, while I bring the restaurant experience to your home.
I inherited this passion from my father Salvatore. Since I was a little kid I’ve been helping in our family restaurant, and that’s where I learned what it means to truly love this job.
