Once I worked in restaurants, then working for chef company, alone or with colleagues, I cook for tourists in the villa they rented, choosing together the menu, or fitting a new one with their wishes. I love fresh pasta, traditional recipes but I also love to combine spicy ingredients and meat offering a new food experience.
