I am Chef Francesco Rocca, 33 years old, a professionally trained chef with over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry and high-end private dining.
My passion for food began with my grandmother, who taught me from a young age to appreciate simple, genuine cuisine rich in authentic flavors. Growing up in my family’s restaurant–pizzeria in the center of Cagliari, I learned early the true value of working in a kitchen, taking on every role and developing strong attention to detail.
To refine my skills, I studied at ALMA – The School of Italian Cuisine, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in Europe.
Over the past 10 years, I have worked on luxury superyachts, cooking for international clientele throughout the Mediterranean and as a private chef for high-profile families around the world. These experiences taught me how to adapt to different tastes, cultures, and requests, allowing me to develop a versatile and highly personalized approach to cuisine.
My cooking has strong Italian and Mediterranean roots, enriched by international and Middle Eastern influences. I love working with fish and seafood, but as a proud Sardinian I also have a deep connection to fire and grilling, using techniques that range from open-flame cooking to braising and low-temperature preparations. Desserts are always part of the experience, because every meal deserves a sweet and memorable ending.
I am dynamic, positive, and attentive to detail. My goal is to offer more than just a meal: a personalized culinary experience, carefully crafted around your tastes and preferences.
