I love cooking and I do it with passion and love
I have been a professional chef for almost 20 years, self-taught, with a passion for cooking since always, which has been transported to this from the previous job: photojournalist of food, wine and travel. I am specialised in Sicilian, Italian and Spanish dishes having worked for a period in Spain: about my paella, they say, it has nothing to envy to that of the Valencian masters.
