I love cooking, nature and animals and I thought of creating a place where these passions of mine can come together and be explored.
Hi, I’m Giada, and I am in the process of fulfilling my dream of creating an eco–guest house where food, nature, and culture come together in harmony.
I have traveled the world as a cook, and along the way I have collected flavors, techniques, and traditions that now shape my cuisine. My goal is to unite all these cultural influences and offer you a new, meaningful culinary experience that goes beyond just a meal.
I deeply love cooking, nature, and animals, and I envision a place where these passions can be explored, shared, and enjoyed. In addition to hosting experiences, I am also available to cook and teach at your home, offering personalized meals and cooking classes tailored to your interests.
I live with my partner Andrea, a Neapolitan pizza chef, and together we collaborate to let you discover and enjoy authentic Italian dishes, from traditional recipes to contemporary interpretations.
My mission is to create warm, conscious, and inspiring food experiences that connect people, cultures, and the environment.
