My name is Giulia, and I am a proud Roman—born and raised in Rome, with a lifelong passion for gastronomy deeply rooted in my everyday life. For me, the kitchen has always been more than just a place to cook: it’s where life happens. It’s where people come together, where stories unfold—through arguments and reconciliations, arrivals and farewells. Cooking has always been at the heart of it all.

I learned everything I know directly in the kitchen, through experience, curiosity, and a deep love for food. Over time, this passion has taken me on a journey across Italy—not just physically, but culturally and gastronomically. I’ve come to understand the geography of my country through its flavors, discovering its most authentic and magical places through local ingredients and traditional recipes.

As a true food lover, I have an extensive knowledge of the typical dishes from every Italian region. While I specialize in Roman cuisine and take great pride in sharing the authentic flavors of my city, I also enjoy creating menus that incorporate specialties from across Italy, offering a richer and more diverse culinary experience.

My goal is to welcome guests not just to a meal, but to a genuine Roman experience—one that blends food, tradition, and history. I want every guest to feel like a local, to step into the true spirit of Rome through its cuisine, and to leave with lasting memories of its warmth, authenticity, and flavor.
