Chef Giuseppe Giunta

I am a professional chef with over 22 years of experience, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with a strong focus on homemade, high-quality products. Much of my early career was spent in Sicily, where I developed a deep respect for tradition, seasonality, and simple, honest cooking.

Seeking to expand my horizons, I later moved to London to study and practice international cuisine, working in high-quality restaurants with large kitchen brigades and eventually taking on the role of Head Chef. This experience strengthened my leadership skills and refined my technical approach.

After returning to Italy, I began working as a private chef in luxury villas and for gala dinners, while also enjoying the opportunity to share my passion through private cooking classes for both children and adults.

My goal is to create authentic, elegant, and memorable dining experiences that combine Mediterranean roots with international influences, always delivered with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
