I am a professional chef with 22 years experience in mediterranean cuisine with home-made products.
After several years in Sicily mostly, I decided to learn international cuisine and settled in London where I enjoyed high quality restaurant with large brigade where I used to manage as Head Chef.
On my return in Italy, I worked as well as private chef in luxury villas, for a gala dinner, enjoyng as well shared moments with private Cooking classe for children and adults.
