I am a professional italian chef & WSet diploma sommelier.

After several experiences in some restaurants in Torino and Paris, I moved to Tuscany where I live with my husband in the Tuscany countryside, near Siena in a beautiful country home, growing our own organic veggies and vegetables. My kitchen is not simply a place to cook, but a real Studio, where experiences and traditions come back to life!

I love to share my cooking favourite recipes, expecially my ancient family's ones! I am available as a private/personal chef, cooking class or private events/catering. I will be plased to cook for you, or with you: please let me know if you need a wine pairing to your menu!

Had a delightful dining experience in the comfort of our villa. Our chef Grazia was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about local cuisine. The menu featured a variety of authentic dishes, showcasing fresh, local ingredients that I hadn't tried before. We indulged in a four-course dinner and were guided through each course and she also paired our locally sourced wines perfectly. It was a memorable evening that I highly recommend.
