My name is Jacopo Bistocchi and I was born and raised in Italy. I have graduated from ALMA (school of Gualtiero Marchesi). I have been working in Uk , Spain, Portugal and in different Michelin star restaurant in Italy. I love my job and recently i went out from the restaurant and i start to cook inside the house, because i really love the direct contact with the client , to give all my knowledge and to learn something new from client every time .
