Greetings !

I am chef Liv' ,38 years old, started cooking in early childhood and started proffesionaly at the age of 18.

After 20 years , I cultivated a vast experience arround Europe but spent most of the time of my career in Tuscan gastronomy.

I can aswell declare myself an international profile chef ,starting with the obvious Mediterranean cuisine , Asian , Middle East, American , Eastern European, Balkan and why not,international street food .

Out of the many mentioned above, the Tuscan cuisine is my favorite ,to the point that nowadays I am employed as a "Fresh Pasta Teacher" in a beautiful Italian cooking class. Being in touch every day with 10s of people and sharing the knowledge with them ,makes them happy and really changes their lifes,

Now I would like to focus on smaller groups and share with them more than I can do in front of 30 people .
