Chef Luigi Annunziata

I'm Luigi Annunziata, Chef & Professional Culinary Consultant.

I was born in Italy (in Sarno, Campania) and, after graduating from high school, I attended the IPSSEOA "Domenico Rea" Institute in Nocera Inferiore in the province of Salerno.

At the age of 17 I started traveling around Europe for work and, after a few years, I resumed my studies graduating in Switzerland at the "Culinary Arts Academy" (where I obtained a double degree in "International Business" and in "Culinary Arts "). ..

In the last 13 years I have traveled all over the world, always working in the best restaurants alongside the most renowned Chefs. I mention some of these international restaurants:

a) "Le cocotte" by Chef Cristian Constant, 2 Michelin Star, Paris;

b) “Cheesery Gstaad Restaurant” by Chef Robert Speth, 1 Michelin Star, Switzerland;

c) “Gstaad Yacht Club” (an exclusive club for VIPs only);

d) “Les Parc des Eaux Vive”, 1 Michelin Star, Genève.

e) "L’Atelier De Joel Robuchon", 3 Michelin Star, New York City.

In carrying out my business I was lucky enough to meet the members of the Royal Family of Savoy, Fashion Designers, and many other personalities of international importance.

Through my trips to various parts of the world, motivated by the continuous search for inspiration and desire for knowledge, I have discovered new and exciting flavours and produce.

Food is my life. I have always worked tirelessly every day, following my passion and my love with determination.

My mission is to spread respect, equality, love and unity: through food.
