Hi!

I’m a young Italian chef, after I graduated in economy and management I choose to follow my passion.

I’m from Naples, I’m 30 years old and since I was at university, when I wasn’t studying for my exams, during my free time I used to plan cooking events and worked in different restaurants.

I wish my cooking can be known in the world; not only the Italian cooking but in particular the Neapolitan one through cooking shows, cooking classes and events.

I want to do this because I do care about my traditions that I would love to share with the rest of the world.

The Chef was absolutely splendid and helped us spend an amazing evening. He was very flexible with the menu and his passion for the food was seen in every plate. Totally recommend!

Great chef! Food was amazing. Mario cooked for us at the Airbnb we were staying at. Mario had minimum space and kitchen utensils and still knocked it out of the park! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a private chef!
