I'm chef Mark and welcome to my "take a chef" page. I'm a chef for over 30 years and I graduated from "De Cecco" culinary (IPAS) Institute of Pescara. I worked in various places around the world where I acquired my experience of cooking. Between Italy, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, New Orleans (Louisiana) and many other places.
I am bilingual in English and Italian.
