I'm chef Mark and welcome to my "take a chef" page. I'm a chef for over 30 years and I graduated from "De Cecco" culinary (IPAS) Istitute of Pescara. I worked in various places around the world where I acquired my experience of cooking. Between Italy, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, New Orleans (Louisiana) and many other places.

Mark was great! Very attentive and nice. He made sure all was aligned a week before the dinner and made an effort to make sure allergies were considered in a very clear and respectful way. I definitely recommend Mark for your next dinner party!

Mark delivered a fantastic menu for 6 of us, with great flavours and presentation. All of our dietary requirements were catered for and communication throughout was perfect. Mark was generally a really nice, easy going chef who made us feel more than comfortable all evening. Thanks

Chef Mark ha organizzato un ottima cena sia per gli adulti che per i bambini, ci siamo divertiti molto, il cibo era ottimo e abbondante e ben presentato, lo consigliamo a tutti!

Chef Mark was highly professional and consistent from the first quote through initial meeting, meal prep/cooking/presentation and clean up. We utilized his services for a week and every meal was as requested - local dishes, fresh ingredients (many from his own garden) and delicious. In fact, he went above and beyond our expectations. As a group of 'foodie cyclists', the meals were nicely presented, perfectly portioned and tasted amazing. This was our first introduction to Abruzzo cuisine and Chef Mark delivered the perfect experience. Book him today!
