I was born and raised in Venice and I work as professional chef and cooking teacher from more than 10 years. I work toghether with my cooking partner and friend Beatrice. Our focus are the venetian and the italian cuisine, the respect of the seasons and the love for the local products with in mind the story of the venetian cuisine as a great example of fusion of different culinary traditions.
We work for different type of clients in different kitchens: from families reunions, to upscale dinners, to small events/celebrations.
