I was born in Sorrento 37 years ago. More than 15 years experience Chef in many countries. I love to Cook, to talk to people and discover tradition and new technique . Michelin stars food (many years in the business) of comfort traditional meal are both in my cooking skills. Give me the chance to surprise you, you will not regret It.

Chef Michele was absolutely wonderful!! We had a last minute scheduling conflict but he did a wonderful job communicating and we were able to figure it out. Once Michele arrived at the villa, we immediately had a power outage. He made quick work of figuring out exactly what he could cook and with a little creativity we figured it out. Thankfully the lights came back on quicker than anticipated. Chef Michele was incredible. Highly recommend.

A incredible experience and meal. Every dish plated like a Michelin star dish. Every dish explained in detail to give a deeper meaning to what we were eating. And most important The taste of every dish was incredible. Such big portions as well. Would book this again and again.

Our chef made our entire trip to the Amalfi Coast! The food was delicious, and Michele was so engaging! He shared history of the area, places to visit not only on the Amalfi Coast but also in Rome. We will do this every time we are in Italy!
