I've always been passionate about good food, and about 15 years ago I turned my passion into a profession.
I'm a professional chef with about 15 years of experience. I'm originally from Rome, but I moved to Umbria a few years ago with my wife and three daughters. I love nature, I am vegetarian and I give a lot of attention to respecting the seasonality of food. I love the conviviality and joy that comes from a table full of guests and delicious dishes and this is what gives me the most satisfaction in my work.
