Our chef Nico was wonderful! He was very attentive before service and provided many options for me to choose from to compose our menu. We even hired him separately for a cooking class which was wonderful. I could not recommend him and his team more. They were both lovely, attentive and created delicious meals for our group.

Chef Nico was a fantastic chef and I would highly recommend. We were staying in a sparsely equipped villa and he still managed to pull together some fantastic (and generous). He was prompt with responses and very accommodating and very good value too! A really lovely experience.

My grandfather is from Puglia and my father had not been back to visit in 40 years, so I wanted our trip to be perfect. I hired Chef Nico to cook for us at our villa and actually have food waiting when my family arrived. The experience could not have been more seamless, and the selection was so fresh and enjoyable that my family talked about our meals and time with Chef Nico every day of our trip after that. He prepared both lunch and dinner that day, and it was actually some of the best Apuglian cooking we had during our entire stay. His whole team was professional and very attentive. Even in setting the menu he was careful and imaginative (and some of us had multiple food allergies so this was no easy feat!). I would hire Chef Nico again in a heartbeat.

Nico was great and the meal he cooked was delicious

Tutto perfetto. Dalla professionalità nel confrontarci e delineare il tutto alla sua competenza, discrezione e bravura poi, in loco, a gestire la cena. Piatti eccellenti, cura ottima. Esperienza unica. Ha reso memorabile l'evento.

Great!!! Would hihgly recommend.

Our experience with Chef Nico was truly unforgettable and made our vacation incredibly special! We enjoyed a full week of daily breakfasts and a Chef’s Special dinner, and every meal was exceptional. We arrived to bad weather and an empty house, but Nico brought warmth, flavor, and hospitality that turned everything around. His seafood dishes—especially the raw preparations—are next level. If you love seafood, Nico is the chef you want. We’re already dreaming of coming back to do it all over again!

My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and we cannot recommended this experience enough, specially having Nico as the chef. We had an amazing experience and we loved having Nico and his son as our cooks. All the food was delicious and the wine was divine. We loved everything from booking and communicating with Nico and the staff. We definitely recommend his cooking as all of the dishes were delicious and the explanation was great. We are very pleased with having met all of the team. Many thanks for creating such an amazing experience!!
