Creative with respect of traditions and ingredients

Born in Switzerland.

Raised in Modena, Italy, a nice little town known as the “motor valley” but also very rich in its heritage on culinary tradition producing some amazing products like balsamic vinegar.

I trained classically at Italian and French cuisine and continuing learning on a daily basis.

I consider myself professional, optimist by nature and adventurous with a very creative approach in life and in the kitchen.

Very good eye for details and aesthetic.

My palate and taste buds would be my major asset as I spent all my “culinary” life to train with some of the best chefs in the world and opened myself to food and culture of every place I visited in the world.

My ambition is to continue growing my culinary skills and as a person.
