I am passionate about the world of cooking in all its aspects. Sustainability is my watchword
I am a chef with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I transformed my passion into a job that allowed me to have many different experiences in Italy and England. In addition to working inside restaurants, I did consultancies, private dinners and followed the start-up of some restaurants. I have also held events of various kinds, from weddings to private events for clients such as Dior and embassies. Wanting to continue to expand my knowledge and offer quality service, I am currently working as a freelance chef while studing an international master in F&B managemant.
