I am an Italian head chef with strong professional background, build in a hotels and restaurants.

During my career i have had the pleasure to expand my responsibilities until i managed the entire kitchen operations, over the years i have developed the ideas to support with all my effort

the F & B department taking in consideration even more the managerial side.

In the past five years i had the privilege of sharing the F & B decision, including food and wine testing for selecting and completing the menù, selection and hire of the team members for the kitchen, choice off all

operational equipment, F & B concept for each outlet and menù layout.
