I am a chef by passion, I was born into a family from southern Italy where cooking is family because it is a moment of sharing and celebration

My name is Riccardo Cannizzaro, I'm 31 years old and I returned to Italy a few months ago. I started at 14 and studied at hotel school. I gained experience in both southern and northern Italy, before moving first to England and then, for the last six years, to France, starting in Provence, passing through Paris, and ending up on the French Riviera, so I could fully understand the customs and different styles of cuisine.
