With my cooking I convey emotions that remain in the heart.
I'm a International professional chef with 40 years of experience. I studied at the hotel management school in Naples. I consider myself a creative chef, striving to convey emotions through food. I've had brief experiences abroad, including Germany, Paris, and Los Angeles, Gstaad, Saint Tropez, St Moritz, Bahamas-Nassau, Capri, Amalfi coast.
I have extensive experience that allows me to approach diverse situations. My passion for food, emotions, and memories often connect me to my grandmother, who dedicated time and love to cooking, involving the whole family in the preparation of dishes.
I recently earned my Sommelier diploma from the Italian Sommelier Foundation of Umbria and Foligno. I'm very interested in food and wine pairing.
I'm passionate about gardening and consider myself a collector of rare plants and flowers. I've personally created my own garden, including a vegetable garden and an organic orchard. I own over a thousand plants, including aromatic herbs that are a must-have in my kitchen.
