I started as a blogger, testing and creating recipes of Chinese dishes using locally available ingredients in Florence. 5 years ago, I turned my passion of cooking into a job becoming a private chef of Chinese cuisine. I have managed to put my recipes (inherited from my family and modified/refined locally) into practice and served them to clients in Italy. I have done around 100 private events, for groups from 4 guests up to more than 20.

Besides "private chef" service, I also do cooking classes and have collaborated with companies for corporates events.

Esperienza stupenda, curata in ogni dettaglio e davvero perfetta dall’inizio alla fine! Ci siamo trovate benissimo: Sasha è venuta direttamente nella nostra villa nel Chianti, puntualissima, discreta e molto professionale. Ha pensato a tutto con grande cura, occupandosi di ogni dettaglio e spiegandoci i piatti con gentilezza. Ha rispettato perfettamente il menù che avevamo scelto insieme con attenzione, creando un’esperienza davvero speciale per tutti e 10 gli ospiti. Tra noi c’era anche una ragazza in gravidanza ed è stata molto attenta anche nei suoi confronti, con una cura che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: presente, solare e disponibile, ma mai invadente, sempre molto rispettosa della nostra privacy. A fine serata si è occupata anche della pulizia completa, lasciando tutto in ordine e persino qualche avanzo per i pasti successivi. Tutto perfetto, la consigliamo assolutamente!
