Chef At Home in Florence

I started as a blogger, testing and creating recipes of Chinese dishes using locally available ingredients in Florence. 5 years ago, I turned my passion of cooking into a job becoming a private chef of Chinese cuisine. I have managed to put my recipes (inherited from my family and modified/refined locally) into practice and served them to clients in Italy. I have done around 100 private events, for groups from 4 guests up to more than 20.

Besides "private chef" service, I also do cooking classes and have collaborated with companies for corporates events.
