I have worked in some of the finest kitchens in the UK, from starting at 'Marco' by Marco Pierre White, Chelsea, London to Yorkshire's most famous Michelin starred restaurant 'The Box Tree' in Ilkley. My complete love for food drove me to open my own award-winning tapas restaurants in Yorkshire. Simon sharpened his craft working alongside chefs such as Marco Pierre White, Simon Gueller & Anthony Flynn.

Based on the beautiful island of Madeira-Portugal, you can expect tastes of modern European cuisine focusing on flavour and seasonal produce, all wrapped up in the most breath-taking setting

Tout était absolument parfait, prise de contact rapide et efficace, Simon a proposé un menu qui a fait l'unanimité (pas une chose aisé avec la famille de 9 comme la notre pour laquelle il a cuisiné), les plats étaient tous excellents, c'était une super expérience, je recommande fortement !

Chef Simon is incredible! I’m so happy we had him cooking for our dinner at the BD party. The dishes looked amazing and tasted delicious. He started a bit later, as we had asked him to postpone, and served each course with just the right amount of time in between. He was very polite, and his service was outstanding.

Simon’s food was amazing! He explained every dish and made menu adjustments for different requirements. He was really easy to deal with and made conversation with all of the guests. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t have been happier with our wonderful meal prepared by Simon. He was friendly, engaging and professional. Highly recommend him and the app.

Simon was excellent. Great communication, very friendly and accommodated our needs. Charming in person and created excellent food which we all really enjoyed. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will pass on his details to any of my friends who are visiting in future.

Chef Simon’s dishes were incredible! Equally delicious as they were visually beautiful. Very flexible with curating a menu to suit a group of people with different tastes and food preferences. He incorporated local flavors and ingredients. Would recommend him 10 out of 10!
