My name is Simona Fabrizio. Though I graduated law school, my passion for food took me in a different direction I qualified at the Federazione Italiana Sommelier as a Sommelier and in Rome at the Gambero Rosso School as a Chef.

Since 2010 I am an Italian chef based in Amsterdam in the winter time and in Orvieto, Umbria ,in the spring - summer where I am running my own small business ‘Sagraincasa’

I started with a cookery school in my farmhouse followed by a Garden to Plate Project, in which many international Chefs participated. I worked many years as a Private Chef and I had the pleasure to be a Guest Chef in many international events.

I provide private Chef services, catering for weddings, creating personalised menus for a varied clientele.”.
