Get to know me better

I’m a passionate chef who celebrates seasonal flavors, crafting dishes that blend creativity, authenticity, and a deep respect for fresh ingredients.

Born in Milan in 1995, my professional journey began in Italy, where I completed my training at the Culinary School of Pavia. This experience provided me with strong technical foundations and a deep appreciation for gastronomic culture and tradition.

Driven by a constant pursuit of excellence, I later moved to London, where I spent four years working in high-end kitchens. During this time, I developed discipline, precision, and an international perspective on contemporary cuisine, refining both my technical skills and my approach to professional kitchen environments.

I then returned to Piedmont to take part in the opening of a luxury resort. Over the course of two years, this experience allowed me to strengthen my abilities in full kitchen management while delivering high-level culinary service to a demanding clientele.

My journey eventually brought me to Saint Barthélemy, where I worked for four years as a private chef for international families. In this role, I provided an exclusive, discreet, and fully personalized service, creating bespoke dining experiences tailored to each client’s preferences. I also gained experience preparing kosher cuisine, always respecting traditions, dietary laws, and the specific needs of every guest.
