I am a Professional chef with more than 20 years of experience, 15 of those years with Asian food , especially Japanese . New and old school. I worked In San Francisco , California at top japanese restaurants and finally became Google HQ. Executive Chef. I came back to the city I grew up in and now I own and run my restaurant in Madrid. (Oribu) Wich means olive in Japanese, So I am mixing my Spanish roots with My Japanese Knowledge on food.
